The Windows version complains that the file DivideEtImpera.pck were missing. I downloaded the Mac version and extracted it from that one, but that seems tedious and unintuitive. You should upload a .zip file that contains both DivideEtImpera.exe and DivideEtImpera.pck.
I'm sorry you're right I didn't realize the. Pck file was important... Unfortunately in the next days I won't be able to upload a working version but there still is the browser version which should work :)
The font i used is Kingthings foundation (downloaded from freefonts) but i found out the creators websites where you can directly download his fonts : http://www.kingthingsfonts.co.uk/

very nice jam game one point to improve would be to make it possible to return to the menu by pressing esc
